We had a full day of bargaining on Friday, January 24 and Tuesday, January 28.

We have cleared all non-monetary proposals and made some modest gains on coverage for
required equipment and safety gear.

We spent a great deal of time working out an LOU to resolve ongoing issues with the job
evaluation process so that we can move towards resuming job evaluation which management
suspended early last year.

Management presented us with a schedule for essential services in ACS and explained which
tasks would be considered necessary.

We amended our original monetary proposition and submitted a proposal of a 6.5% adjustment
to compensate for Bill 124 plus 3.5% for the first year, 3.5% for the second year, and 3.5% for
the third year.

We are scheduled to return to the bargaining table this Friday, January 31.
